Baked French Toast
If you love a traditional french toast, you’ll love this easy baked french toast. I used brioche buns in this recipe, but you could honestly use whatever specialty bread you have on hand. Sourdough, Italian or a French bread would be great in in this recipe. Make sure the bread is a day or two old so it can really hold up and soak up the egg mixture.

Currey Farms
To top your baked french toast, I would highly recommend using some maple syrup from Currey Farms. Currey Farms is located in Charlevoix, Michigan and they kindly sent me their pure maple syrup. This Michigan maple syrup truly tastes amazing, and you can learn all about their grading of maple syrup here. Thanks Currey Farms!
