With the weather getting warmer in Michigan, I’m all about a refreshing iced drink in the morning. Anyone else? I love my morning coffee drinks to provide enough caffeine, not be too sweet, and provide some chocolate flavor. That’s why I really enjoy this iced dark chocolate vanilla mocha recipe using the Nespresso Essenza Mini C Black machine. The dark chocolate cocoa powder paired with the bold flavor of the Napoli Pods, and a little sweetness from the vanilla is a perfect combination. Trust me, you’re going to love this mocha recipe!
Iced Dark Chocolate Vanilla Mocha Recipe
Making this recipe for an iced dark chocolate vanilla mocha is super easy, and doesn’t require a ton of ingredients. I’m not the type to want something overly complicated or time consuming for my morning cup of coffee. Do you know what I mean? The best part about this recipe is you can customize it based on your dietary needs or preferences. I’m a huge fan of dark chocolate (I eat dark chocolate chips every day) so I chose to use dark chocolate cocoa powder for this mocha. I used skim milk in this recipe, but my husband is lactose intolerant so he loves using almond milk. You can also adjust the sweetness of this recipe with sugar or whipped cream if you prefer something sweeter in the morning.
