Monster Cookie Recipe
For this recipe you could mix up the chocolate pieces with mini chocolate coated candies, mini chocolate chips or milk chocolate chips. You could also make these cookies seasonal with seasonal chocolate candy coated pieces for Valentine’s Day, Christmas or Halloween. I used a large muffin scoop for scooping the dough, but you could also make these cookies smaller if you prefer.

My biggest tip for making these cookies is making sure you don’t over bake them. They might not look like they’re done, but trust me after the edges are slightly golden they are done. You don’t want to over bake these!

- Stir in the candy coated chocolates and the chocolate chunks to the cookie dough. Use a muffin scoop to scoop the dough onto your prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the cookies for 10-15 minutes or until just brown around the edges. Allow the cookies to cool for a few minutes before transfering them to a drying rack to cool completely.
