Cheers! We’re starting a new series on Instagram stories called Cocktails with Cory (fun right?). So, if you like trying different cocktails be sure to follow along on Instagram. Today we’re sharing a delicious winter cocktail that’s been one of Cory’s favorite drinks this season. This bourbon apple cider cocktail is easy to make, and perfect for entertaining or for a cozy night in this winter.

With only five ingredients you can see this cocktail is super easy to shake up. We’ve also made this recipe using plain maple syrup instead of the bourbon maple syrup and it still tastes great. But, if you have time the bourbon maple syrup adds a deeper bourbon flavor to the cocktail. Cory has also made this cocktail with dried apples instead of fresh apples and either one works. You can also make a big batch of this cocktail if you’re hosting a party. We served a similar cocktail at our engagement party and put it in a large glass drink dispenser (I would recommend keeping the ice separate from the glass dispenser).
