Apple Cider Mimosas
The best part about this cocktail is it’s super easy to make. Just pour some prosecco (I love the options from Trader Joe’s), and add apple cider. To take this mimosa to the next level, add some caramel to the rim of your glass and dip it in cinnamon sugar (before you add prosecco and apple cider). Garnish with a slice of apple and you have a beautiful apple cider mimosa! Cheers friends.
