Roasted Chickpeas
I love these roasted chickpeas as a snack or topped on a salad. They are so easy to make and really delicious!

- 1 15oz can Garbanzo/Chickpeas rinsed and drained
- 1-2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Sea Salt I like to use Maldon Sea Salt Flakes
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Rinse and drain the chickpeas. Use a paper towel to dry them the best you can. The drier they are, the more crispy they will be.
Spread out the chickpeas on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle with the extra virgin olive oil and sea salt.
Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned.
