Roasted Chickpeas

I love these roasted chickpeas as a snack or topped on a salad. They are so easy to make and really delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 15oz can Garbanzo/Chickpeas rinsed and drained
  • 1-2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt I like to use Maldon Sea Salt Flakes

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Rinse and drain the chickpeas. Use a paper towel to dry them the best you can. The drier they are, the more crispy they will be.
  • Spread out the chickpeas on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Sprinkle with the extra virgin olive oil and sea salt.
  • Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned.
