Monkey Bread
This monkey bread recipe is super simple to make, and a huge hit with adults and kids. Perfect for a Christmas brunch!

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 Refrigerated Biscuit Cans (10.2 oz)
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 6 tbsp Butter
Heat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 6-cup fluted bundt pan with butter (make sure to get in all the grooves). In large food storage bag, mix sugar and cinnamon to create cinnamon sugar.
Separate the biscuits and cut each into quarters. Add these biscuit quarters to the cinnamon sugar bag, and shake to coat. Arrange biscuits in pan, and sprinkle a little bit of the remaining cinnamon sugar over biscuits.
Add the brown sugar and butter to a small pan. On medium heat melt these ingredients together. When melted, pour on top of biscuits in the bundt pan.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and the biscuits are no longer doughy. Let cool for 5 minutes before turning over on a plate. Serve warm.
