Salted Caramel Crispy Rice Treats
These Crispy Rice Treats are my all time favorite with the addition of salted caramel. This is the perfect fall snack/dessert!

- 1/2 cup Butter
- 10 oz bag Mini Marshmallows
- 5 cups Crispy Rice Cereal
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1-2 tbsp Caramel Sauce
Grease a 9×13 pan with butter. If you want thicker bars (which I prefer) you can make this in a smaller pan. I used a 8×10.5 pan for these bars. Make sure to grease the sides of the pan as well to make sure the bars don't stick. Set the pan aside.
In a large pot melt the butter. Once the butter is melted add the mini marshmallows and stir until melted.
Mix in the Crispy Rice Cereal until everything is mixed together.
Press the mixture into your prepared pan. I find a silicone spatula helps to spread the mixture in the pan.
Allow to cool for an hour and then drizzle with caramel sauce and top with the sea salt.
