Prosciutto Apple Wedges with Blue Cheese

- 3 oz Pre-Sliced Prosciutto
- 1 Honeycrisp Apple
- Wedge Blue Cheese
- Arugula
Cut the Honeycrisp apple into wedges. Set aside.
Cut the prosciutto lenthwise into strips. Set aside.
Crumble your blue cheese and get a handful of arugula. Now you can start assembling your apple wedges. Put some blue cheese on the apple wedge with 1-2 pieces of arugula and wrap the prosciutto around the apple to hold the blue cheese and arugula in place. Use a toothpick to hold everything together and serve.
