These no-bake peanut butter oatmeal energy balls are quick and easy to whip up while stuck at home. Get the kids involved and use your favorite ingredients (or whatever you have on hand) as the mix-ins. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Old Fashioned Oatmeal
  • 3/4 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch Salt
  • Optional Chocolate Chips or Chunks mini, white chocolate, milk chocolate etc.
  • Optional Shredded Coconut
  • Optional Flax Meal
  • Optional Chia Seeds
  • Optional Rasins any type of dried fruit
  • Optional Chocolate Candy Pieces

Instructions

  • Mix together the oatmeal, peanut butter, honey and vanilla extract in a medium sized bowl. Add any of the optional mix-ins you prefer.
  • Put the bowl in the refrigerator to cool for at least 20 minutes.
  • Roll the dough into balls and place in a sealed container to keep in your refrigerator.
