No-Bake Peanut Butter Oatmeal Energy Balls Recipe
My sister got me hooked on this recipe a couple years ago. These no-bake balls are easy to make, and it’s great to use whatever ingredients I have on hand. I really love adding some flax meal and chia seeds to this recipe when I have them in the house. I feel like these ingredients make these a little more “healthy” if you know what I mean. I’ve made this recipe with my nephews and they love helping to add the ingredients and rolling them in balls. Let me know if you have more ideas for the optional mix-ins for this recipe. I think next time I’m going to try butterscotch chips and coconut flakes. I’m always looking for other ingredients to add to these no-bake energy balls so let me know what you add!
